Dear
Parents/Guardians
Welcome to the academic
year 2017-2018!
We commence the year with
an enrollment of around 430 students and faculty of 24, having vast experience
of teaching O levels students. We have a shared goal of helping your child
learn in a congenial environment for enhanced outcomes. Our goal is to guide all the girls towards academic success, make
them disciplined and to help build their critical thinking skills that will
help them blossom into adulthood.
35 of our students are
among the High Achievers in (CIE 2017) Cambridge International Examination O’
level. We are proud of them.

the year.
● Discipline
We expect all the students
to be disciplined and well behaved in and out of school. They should be in
proper school uniform and shoes. A casual appearance will not be acceptable.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the school premises and if found, the cell
phone will be confiscated for a term. The students should refrain from being
absent from the school as it adversely affects their academic progress at this
level. Kindly avoid unnecessary pickup of the child from school before
dispersal time.
● Appointment
Parents seeking
appointment with the Headmistress / Senior Mistress, Counsellor and teachers
can call
Mr. M. Akhlaq (Office
Assistant) on telephone no. 02135842291. All appointments will be scheduled
after 2:30 pm.
● Communication
We assure you of my usual support and also look
forward to the parental involvement that is a crucial ingredient in the success of
each child. Our blog tcsdkgirls.blogspot.com
is accessible to all students for updated information and their effective
learning.

Class 10 and 11 students must achieve 60% in the
Mid-Year Examinations and 80% attendance to be eligible to sit for the
Cambridge International Examination (CIE) 2018.
If a student misses a test due to illness, a
medical certificate must be provided. If the reason for absence is justified,
the end of the term average is based on the other tests only. However, if the
reason for absence is not justified a mark of zero will be recorded for that
test.
In case you find your child struggling in any
academic area, please feel free to contact us for remedial support.
We offer our sincere
support for a successful academic year ahead.
