HRCA QUIZ COMPETITION 2018-19

The Senior Girls Section - Darakhshan Campus participated enthusiastically in HRCA Quiz Competition 2018-19. Ms. Sarah Siddique prepared students for English Quiz, whereas Sir Shujaat assisted students for Science Quiz. Recently HRCA announced results with us and we take pride in sharing the result of 4 Gold Medalists, 3 Silver Medalists and 6 Bronze Medalists.

Sports Gala 2019

SPORTS GALA

Annual Sports Gala was held on 13^th – 15^th of February 2019 at The City School Darakhshan Campus, in a pleasant atmosphere with enthusiasm. The event was marked by a string of spectacular performances presented by the Senior Girls Section of The City School Darakhshan Campus.

The ceremony kicked off with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. During the programme the entrance and surroundings of the ground were decorated with Balloons and flags of House colors, National Anthem was played at the occasion with flag hoisting. Teachers and students were divided in different houses, participated in the Sports Gala, passed with their flags. They saluted the flags as they walked by.

In the end, prizes and awards distribution ceremony was held and Sports Gala 2019 finished in a very appropriate manner.

At the end of Sports Gala Head mistress distributed prizes among the winners. Ms Batool Kazim, in charge of Sports Gala was specially appreciated for organizing great event.

Special Thanks to Ms Fauzia and Ms Anila for her unmatchable support to make this event a significant success and we cannot forget the professional sportsmanship of our ground man Mr. Niaz and Sports coordinated Mr. Shakeel  and Teachers (Sir, Shahnawaz, Sir Azeem and Coach Sir. Arshad)

I personally thank all the participants’ teachers, students and domestic staff.

A2Z Champ Creative Writing & Art Competition

A2Z CHAMP CREATIVE WRITING & ART COMPETITION

The students of Senior Girls Section with great enthusiasm participated in the A2Z Champs Creative Writing and Art Competition, Season 2, 2018. The theme Water Our Life was explored in a very meaningful and dramatic manner by the students.

• Syed Ayzah Gardezi of Class 11-S secured a Gold medal in Creative Writing

• Ariba Sheikh of Class 11-E won a Gold medal in Art.
