Northern Trip 2020

Students of Darakhshan Campus went on a five day trip to the Northern Areas of Pakistan form 17th - 22nd January, 2020. It was worth visiting as it created the best of memories for the students to cherish. Whether it be the breath taking winter scenery of Malam Jabba in Swat or the chilly weather in Monal, Islamabad, it was enjoyable at all times. Friends spent the time of their lives together bonding, shopping in Bahrain, witnessing the majestic mountains every day and exploring the beauty of their own country.

The Art Expression Hour

The City School, Darakhshan Campus, honed the latent creative abilities of budding artists. The Art Expression Hour was held on Wednesday, 22nd January 2020, where the students from the Junior Section all the way up to A-Levels, put on paper a myriad of human expressions, in a variety of medium. From the bright hues of crayons to the serene blending of water colours, canvases were set ablaze with a riot of colours, depicting landscapes, still life, abstract art and calligraphy.
